Terms and Conditions for Long Term Backpackers
- Payment must be made in advance.
- For any stays over seven days, the rate will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
- Full weeks only will be returned should the reservation be shortened. Part weeks will be forfeited.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning their own accommodation.
- Fresh linen is supplied weekly.
- A $100 room bond is required.
