Please Note: There are two bathrooms in our Apartments. If you require the second bathroom to be opened, there is an additional charge of $20 per week. This applies to one and two bedroom apartments only, for three bedrooms both bathrooms are open.
Terms and Conditions for Long Term Apartments and Tourist Flats
- Payment must be made in advance.
- For any stays over seven days, the rate will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
- Full weeks only will be returned should the reservation be shortened. Part weeks will be forfeited.
- Apartments and Tourist flats will be serviced weekly with linen replaced.
- Servicing does not include dishes.
- Valid credit card details (card holder to be present) or a $500 bond is required before check in.
