24-Hour Reception

There is always someone here to greet and help you with the accommodation of your choice. Our Front Desk Staff provide information on what to do and where to go in Christchurch, Canterbury and across New Zealand; gives wake-up calls and arranges airport transfers. We also offer post, phone and fax services. And don't forget to check out our noticeboard for deals, offers and jobs.

Bar, Food and Groceries

You can get drinks and groceries 24 hours a day. Made-to-order pizza and pasta meals are available from 11.00 am till 10.30 pm every day but Christmas Day!

Communal Kitchens

Two modern, squeaky-clean kitchens are both fully equipped – from pots and pans through to ovens, microwaves – even toasted sandwich makers!

Swimming Pool

An awesome chill-out spot, our solar-heated swimming pool is situated in a secluded suntrap surrounded by trees and gardens with lots of seated garden and lounging areas. Although our swimming pool is not available to campervan guests, there is a pool just around the corner.

Barbecues

We have three gas barbecues for guests to use.

Travel Shop

We can advise and book you onto all national transport, coach and rail services – including your ferry trip away from the Mainland (and back again) – plus every adventure activity you'd like to try including the calmer escapades! Ask us – chances are we've done it ourselves.

Security

Every guest holds his or her own room key. All 'guest only' areas are secured by combination locks. Personal lockers can be hired or use our safe for valuables' storage. Long-term storage also available.

Guest Internet

Plenty of terminals mean less waiting. Our internet stations allow you to email and access the internet, write or copy CDs, play games, download photos from your digital camera and communicate via web camera.

Laundry

Now here's a little bit of luxury - a TV to watch while you launder. Modern coin operated machines and outdoor clotheslines too.

Free Off-Street Parking

Even though we're so close to the city we still have loads of free
off-street parking – and that's a real security bonus for you and your car.

VIP Discount

A $2.00 per night discount is offered to anyone with a valid VIP card. A VIP card can get you discounts on accommodation, activities, attractions and transport throughout New Zealand, Australia, Fiji and further afield. But no worries if you don't have one before you arrive - NZ$39.00 will get you one from us.

BBH Discount

A $3.00 per night discount is offered to anyone with a valid BBH card. A BBH card can get you discounts on accommodation, activities, attractions and transport throughout New Zealand. if you don't have one before you arrive you can get one from us for NZ$40.00.
